In future, the State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs shall as always do well in providing service support for expert talent so as to drive CSIC for realization of transformation and upgrading based on the national manufacturing power strategy and try to create the new situation of deep developing of military-civilian integration in the new era.
Feng Yongqiang expressed, DSIC subordinate to CSIC has a long history and is a pride of China shipbuilding industry with more than 80 No.1s created.
